The self-paced online courses include the Introduction to Property and Casualty Insurance courses and five parts of the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.
Successfully completing five exams leads to the prestigious internationally recognized CISR designation. Over 29,000 CISRs worldwide include their designation as part of their professional development plan and professional signature.

You will use your National Alliance user name and password when registering for the courses. If you do not have a user name and password or have forgotten it you may follow the prompts on the screen during the course registration process. Before you log in, please review with your manager your commitment to this important career path. Employees pursuing the CISR designation will need to complete and pass the exams for the five courses within three years. You have 60 days from opening course to complete.
