The University of Central Arkansas partners with the Risk & Insurance Education Alliance to offer courses towards earning their UA CIC and UA CRM designations while exploring career options within the risk & insurance industry. In this episode of Alliance Now host Dustyne Bryant sits down with Ivan Hudson, Director of the Insurance and Risk Management Program at the University of Central Arkansas, to discuss the University’s program and student engagement efforts in central Arkansas.

About Our Guest:

 

Ivan Hudson, Director of the UCA Center for Insurance & Risk Management and Lecturer, joined the College of Business faculty in the fall of 2023. Before UCA, he began his career at the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce and later worked with the Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation as a program associate. In 2009, he joined the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery’s start-up team, serving in various roles, including Procurement Director. After completing his MBA at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2012, Ivan the insurance industry when he founded the Ivan Hudson Agency. He obtained a Series 6 and Series 63 license by 2014
