Maybe there is not a talent shortage in the RMI industry, perhaps our perspective is becoming short-sighted on generational differences.

In this episode host, Dustyne Bryant, and guest-host, Ashley Fitzsimmons, CISR, unpack a generational perspective on the Insurance Industry talent pool with guest Tracy Leigh Cotton, CIC, CISR, CPIW. A lot of importance is placed on bringing new or younger talent into the aging insurance industry. Still, some generations, in the prime of their careers, are being forgotten as a thriving option.

Our industry (the world for that matter) takes all kinds to make the world go round and there is a place for all of us. If you are an employer or a talent seeker…change your perspective. If you’re a job seeker… wield your superpowers and make sure at least one of them is adaptability!

The CISR Agency Operations course can transform you into an indispensable team player in any insurance agency and help you gain the confidence to move up higher in the industry.
