The funds raised through the Emerging Talent Partners Program are dedicated to continuous program development, addressing specific schools and student needs, and facilitating employer engagement and scholarships. This support extends to our apprenticeship and collegiate programs, which provide invaluable assistance to students pursuing insurance and risk management degrees.

Your commitment as an Emerging Talent Partner is instrumental in securing the necessary funds to augment and refine early talent initiatives, like the CISR High School and University Associates programs. These dedicated resources cater to the unique needs of schools and students, foster employer engagement, and facilitate scholarships. Moreover, your support extends to emerging education initiatives and internships.

Setting the Industry Standard Since 1969

Administered by the Risk & Insurance Education Alliance, the CISR High School Program offers students the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. This esteemed national certification sets them on a path to becoming front-line insurance professionals. The program equips students with the skills to assess insurance risks, policies, forms, and claims data, granting them a competitive edge as they step into the professional realm.
