Commercial Lines I
Six 80-minute mini-courses for a total of 8 hours, providing a comprehensive overview of key topics within the commercial lines insurance field. It covers three advanced areas:
- Ordinance or Law Coverage – Application, exposures, settlement options, premium calculations, and period of restoration.
- Exclusions in Various Insurance Forms – Understanding Ordinance or Law exclusions and how they impact coverage.
- Additional Coverage – Increased Cost of Construction, as well as how the Ordinance or Law Endorsement addresses both covered and uncovered perils.
This course is designed to give professionals the knowledge they need to navigate complex commercial insurance scenarios and better serve their clients.
Commercial Lines II
Covers key topics related to Workers Compensation, Business Auto Policy (BAP), and Cyber Coverage. Specifically, in six 80-minute mini-courses for a total of 8 hours, including:
- Workers Compensation System – Understanding its history, purpose, and how it functions.
- Business Auto Policy (BAP) – Identifying insured status under a BAP, recognizing exceptions to coverage, and understanding how the BAP handles property at various stages.
- Cyber Coverage – How cyber risks are covered under commercial lines.
This course is ideal for professionals looking to deepen their understanding of commercial lines topics and better navigate the complexities of these insurance products.

Quizzing ensures you retain key concepts while earning valuable knowledge, State CE Credit*, and Alliance Designation Update Credit upon successful completion.
Does this count for Designation Update Credit?
Yes, each course will count toward your designation update credit upon successful completion of the Review Test.
The Review Test is a 20-question multiple-choice assessment at the end of each course. You may attempt the Review Test as many times as needed to achieve a score of 70% or above. There is no time limit on the Review Test.
It is designed both for test practice and to earn update credit for the CIC, CRM, CPRM, CISR, CISR Elite and CSRM Alliance Designations.
Does this course count for State CE Credit?
Yes, this course will provide CE credit in various states upon successful completion of the course final exam.

How long do I have to complete the course?
Your access to this course will expire 6 months after the date that you registered for the course.
